Property Management encompasses the general administration of various interest held in landed properties on behalf of the owners with a view to maintaining the property values throughout period of ownership and avoiding premature obsolescence of properties through property utilization, rehabilitation and management studies. We equally manage the owner’s services and the service charge account in a multi – tenanted accommodation. While Facilities management entails the management of services provided in a property to enhance functionalities of the building and environmental components of the building or estate as the case may be. It further entails the preparation of budgets to finance the maintenance of the items of services. The common services for management in an estate include but not limited to the followings:
